Blossom Life Foundation structure is a top notch making our services delivery efficient.

Has 13 Members of it’s NATIONAL MANAGEMENT COUNCIL (Being the highest decision making body of BLOSSOM LIFE FOUNDATION.

Has 21 Members of it’s EXECUTIVE BOARD of TRUSTEES (whose duty is take first hand decisions on issues of our overall interest & oversees activities of all other Offices & EXCOs & Leaders of Blossom Life Foundation at all levels)

Has 124 NATIONAL OFFICERS NATIONWIDE saddled with different responsibilities as elected or appointed to do.

Has 47 REGIONAL OFFICERS in ALL the Geopolitical regions of our country Nigeria who overseas activities of STATES geographically existing in each region.

Has 56 STATE EXCOS in all the States  Blossom Life Foundation exist in Nigeria, who are saddled with the responsibility of making sure that Leadership at the grass roots (LGAs & WARDS) are efficient & smooth running.

Has 35 LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA EXCOs in all the Local Government Areas Blossom Life Foundation exists in Nigeria.

Has 2 Local Government AREA PROJECTS SUPERVISORS in all Local Government Areas we exist in whose responsibilities are to oversee all human capacity developmental projects we undertake at the grassroot levels, in Communities, villages, small towns and cities.

Has 60 to 120 FIELD SUPERVISORS in all Local Government Areas we exist in whose duties & obligations are to direct activities of our great Organization BLOSSOM LIFE FOUNDATION achieves success. This is how our Organization – BLOSSOM LIFE FOUNDATION is Structured Nationwide at all WARD Levels in the Local Government Areas.

A: The Efficiency of Blossom Life Foundation’s Structure and Organogram

At Blossom Life Foundation, our organizational structure is not merely a framework; it is a vital cornerstone that has propelled our mission and services to unprecedented heights. By establishing a clear hierarchy and delineating roles and responsibilities, we have created an environment that fosters both efficiency and accountability, enabling us to achieve significant milestones in community service and development across Nigeria.

  1. NATIONAL MANAGEMENT COUNCIL (NMC)

At the apex of our structure is the National Management Council (NMC), comprising 13 esteemed members. This council serves as the highest decision-making body within the Foundation. Their strategic leadership and vision provide a solid foundation for all our endeavors, allowing us to set long-term goals and monitor our progress effectively. The NMC’s ability to make timely and impactful decisions has significantly influenced our path towards excellence.

  1. 2. EXECUTIVE BOARD OF TRUSTEES (EBT)

Supporting the NMC is our Executive Board of Trustees (EBT), consisting of 23 members who evaluate and take first-hand decisions on crucial issues affecting the organization’s overall interests. Their oversight ensures that all other offices and executive committees align with our mission. This structure facilitates informed decision-making and strategic oversight, ensuring that our initiatives are effectively managed and well-resourced.

  1. NATIONAL OFFICERS AND REGIONAL STRUCTURE

Our 124 National Officers, elected or appointed throughout the country, are pivotal in implementing our programs and initiatives. These leaders are tasked with various responsibilities, each playing a critical role in advancing our objectives. Complementing this, we have 47 Regional Officers who oversee activities across Nigeria’s geopolitical regions, ensuring that state-specific challenges and needs are addressed promptly and effectively.

  1. STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT LEADERSHIP

The 56 State Executive Committees (EXCOS) ensure that our grassroots leadership operates efficiently across all states where we are present. At the local government levels, our 35 Local Government Area EXCOs further enhance our reach and effectiveness by facilitating local engagement and responsiveness to community needs.

This extensive network ensures that leadership is present at every level, fostering a culture of support and empowerment.

FIELD SUPERVISORS are our projects oversight who maintains a clear focus on projects implementation and community engagement, we have 2 able and qualified local government area project supervisors in each local government area. Their primary responsibility is to oversee all human capacity development projects ensuring that we meet our goals effectively and sustainably. Additionally, we have 60 to 120 field supervisors in all local government areas who coordinate activities in a ward level, directly engaging with communities to drive impact.

Our National headquarters is situated in ABUJA at No: 10 Suyani Street, Gidan Achem house, Wise zone 1, ABUJA.

One of the secrets to our SUCCESSES is our organization structure which has its base at Ward levels & LGAs enabling us to reach out easily to the less privileged, affecting lives positively & enhancing human capacity development through creating entrepreneurial trainings practically in many several skills acquisition programs in communities & villages & towns

Educational Programs: Providing scholarships, learning materials, and tutoring for children in need to ensure access to quality education.

Health Initiatives: Offering medical assistance, health awareness campaigns, and support for mental health issues within communities.

Community Development: Engaging in projects that enhance infrastructure, promote economic development, and foster community participation.

Advocacy: Raising awareness about social issues and advocating for policy changes that benefit marginalized groups.
